Code of Conduct

ManchMix is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional community for artists and event organizers across India. This Code of Conduct sets the standards of behavior expected from all users of the Platform.

All users must treat each other with dignity and respect. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind.
• Discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or ethnicity, in accordance with the Indian Constitution (Articles 14, 15, 16).
• Use of abusive, threatening, or hate-speech language, which may also be an offence under IPC Sections 153A and 295A.

Artists registered on ManchMix agree to:

• Honour confirmed bookings and communicate promptly if issues arise.
• Provide accurate information about their skills, experience, and availability.
• Maintain professional behaviour during performances and communications with clients.
• Comply with all event-specific requirements communicated by the client.
• Not perform content that is obscene under Section 292 of the Indian Penal Code or violates the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event details at the time of booking.
• Treat artists with professionalism and respect on-site.
• Make agreed payments in a timely manner.
• Not request performances that violate law or community standards.

The following activities are strictly forbidden on ManchMix:

• Creating fake profiles or impersonating another person or entity.
• Soliciting or accepting payments outside the Platform to evade fees.
• Sharing misleading reviews or testimonials.
• Using the Platform to promote illegal activities, gambling, or content prohibited under Indian law.
• Attempting to compromise platform security or data integrity under the IT Act, 2000.

All content uploaded to ManchMix (photos, videos, descriptions) must:

• Be owned by you or used with appropriate rights/permissions.
• Not infringe any copyright under the Copyright Act, 1957.
• Not contain explicit, violent, or objectionable material.

If you witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to support@manchmix.in. We will investigate all reports promptly and confidentially.

Violations may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent termination of account without refund.
• Reporting to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected, in compliance with IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

In accordance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, any grievances may be directed to our Grievance Officer:
