Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs cancellations and refunds for bookings made through ManchMix. It is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Booking Cancellation by Client

| 3–7 days before event | 25% refund |
| Less than 3 days before event | No refund |
3. Cancellation by Artist
If an Artist cancels a confirmed booking:
- The Client will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- ManchMix will make reasonable efforts to suggest an alternative artist.
- Repeated cancellations by an Artist may result in account suspension.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Platform convenience fee is non-refundable in all cases.
- GST charged on the platform fee is non-refundable as per GST law.
- Any customization or advance preparation charges agreed separately.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, communal curfew, or other events beyond reasonable control (as per Section 56 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872), ManchMix will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis. Credits may be offered in lieu of monetary refunds.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card).
- Delays due to banking processes are beyond ManchMix's control.
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact us at support@manchmix.in with your booking reference number. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and resolve it within 15 business days as required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or file a complaint at the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum having jurisdiction over Jaipur, Rajasthan.
