1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ManchMix ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on ManchMix. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Services

ManchMix is an online marketplace that connects event organizers ("Clients") with performing artists ("Artists"). ManchMix acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any contract formed between Clients and Artists.

4. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose prohibited under Indian law.
  • Not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

5. Artist Registration

Artists registering on ManchMix consent to having their profiles reviewed and approved by our team. ManchMix reserves the right to reject or remove profiles that violate our guidelines or applicable law, including provisions of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.

6. Payments

All transactions on the Platform are subject to applicable GST as per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Payment terms are agreed between the Client and Artist. ManchMix may charge a platform fee disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ManchMix, including logos, text, and design, is owned by ManchMix and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Users may not reproduce or distribute Platform content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ManchMix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the platform fee paid in the last 3 months.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

ManchMix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
